What’s broken? Clicking on the video works for me… As does clicking on the Download link.
The feeds for iTunes ARE messed up. Very frustrating… not sure when I’ll get that fixed. It’s either a WordPress problem or a “I don’t know WordPress” problem.

The video seems broken. Around 3/4th the the flash plugin crashes. When I download the movie the movie stops playing around 3/4th.

Great Stuff! One question though: Can you use newEntry.replaceItemValue(“publishedIn”, PublishedIn) instead of newEntry.appendItemValue() when creating new document
Jeremy Hodge
Yes … in fact, when modifying existing documents, its highly recommended that you do use replace instead of append. They can be used interchangeably. In this example, since I know the document is brand new, I used append, but that is really just from force of habit.
I just re-ran this example and noticed that in 8.5.2FP3 one gets java.io.NotSerializableException when setting the managed bean scope to “view”. What you need to do to fix this is to make your class implement the Serializable interface, e.g.:public class IndexEntry implements Serializable { private static final long serialVersionUID = 1L; // rest of the code}And it should work now. (Do read about the Serializable interface, as it is important for managed beans).Regards,Sasa
